When in the tunnel, searching for the light, look forward.
You must be prepared for the days when it feels like it doesn’t matter, for the days when you have worked tirelessly but seen no results, for the days when you have given your all with little or no appreciation, for the days when you are truly weary and really just want to lay down.
You must be prepared for these days because they will come, and it is on these days that you must buckle down and keep your eyes on the goal. It is on these days that you must dig deep and remember why you are where you are, and where it is that you are going. It is on these days that you must find a way to hold on just a little longer, and continue to focus on becoming the best.
Holding on does not guarantee that you’ll succeed at whatever it is in the end; this is the painfully reality of any endeavour. Yet, at the end of the day, it is better to have fought and lost than to not have fought at all.
So, don’t give up just yet.
