You can’t un-break an egg.
This is a simple fact. You can’t un-break an egg.
So, when the egg has been broken, unfortunate, but this has happened. Do you just forget and move on? You could, you probably should.
But what if you can’t? What then do you do?
The answer: Fry the egg.
Make a darned good omelette, with peppers and onions and some shredded bacon if you’re not a vegetarian. Or make some fluffy, buttery, mouth-watering scrambled egg. And if that’s not your thing, make it sunny side up, fried in a dash of lovely butter.
And when you are done making the egg, take a bite, savour it, take another and let it sink in, because even though you couldn’t un-break the egg, you just made something even better.
……or maybe you can un-break an egg, but I think you’d have to be a time traveller to do it :lol.
